Benjamin Ferreira

Lieutenant Ferreira was admitted to practice law in Rhode Island in 2014. Benjamin is an experienced attorney in the District Court primarily with driving while intoxicated and domestic violence cases.

 

Benjamin has twenty (20) years of experience in law enforcement. He also has a substantial amount of experience in Municipal Courts and Housing Court litigating the enforcement of municipal ordinances and the Rhode Island Building Code.

 

Benjamin's focus has been on land use planning and zoning with the Towns of Tiverton, Warren, and Lincoln. He received his M.S. from Salve Regina University and J.D. from the University of Massachusetts.
