MARK E. HARTMANN
Associate Attorney
Mark joined the firm in 2021 as an Associate Attorney. Mark graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law, cum laude. He was a Presidential Scholarship recipient, as well as a member of the Honors Program. After law school, he received a Master of Marine Affairs degree from the University of Rhode Island.
Mark comes to the firm with a strong background in environmental enforcement and environmental law. Since 2014, he has served in the United States Coast Guard Reserve, with a specific focus on pollution prevention and response. During law school, Mark interned with the Rhode Island Office of the Attorney General’s Environmental Unit, Rhode Island Sea Grant, and the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
Mark is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
